Brush action was OK. On the first use and after the first room and half way down a hallway, the sprayer failed and the suction stopped. The certified repair shop said that two different assemblies failed. I didn’t have it repaired; I sent it back and bought a Royal that was recommended by the retailer and had 3 years factory warranty (expanded to 4 by the retailer), not 1 or 2.
